This is exactly why when Simone Biles pulled herself out of competition to care for herself mentally snd physically this was groundbreaking! The amount of courage and brevity this took saved her life and the life and health for so many other athletes. The ability to put yourself first before glory, pushers, naysayers, critics, and funders! We only get 1 life. We should always do our best to protect ourselves.
